Cong is the Head of Generative AI and XR Product and an expert with over ten years of experience in AI and Metaverse Industries. As the principal architect, he directed the development of the Tencent intelligent Bot Platform (AI Chatbot), Tencent Intelligent Media Platform (Generative AI), and Tencent Immersive Media Platform (Metaverse).
He has solid experience with machine learning algorithms, engineering, and productization. Before joining Tencent, Cong worked for Amazon AWS AI and led the team to develop the conversational AI service Lex from scratch, which supported the world’s first AI voice assistant, Alexa.
Cong earned his bachelor’s degree at Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications, and a master’s in Electronic and Computer Engineering from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities in the USA. Later, he studied AI algorithms at Stanford University, under Professor Andrew Ng.

Dade Orgeron has been building virtual worlds for over 25 years. He has worked as a 3D Designer, Art Director, Creative Director, 3D Director and mentor – helping 3D artists hone the skills they need to become masters of their craft.
In 2013, Dade joined TurboSquid to help build and curate the world’s largest 3D content library and to bring 3D models to an even wider audience of non-3D users. Since then, his focus has been to simplify the overtly technical challenges facing 3D artists by developing standards, tools, and training that allow artists to focus more on the creative side of 3D content creation.
Now at Shutterstock, his vision for feeding content to the Metaverse gains even sharper focus as he looks toward harnessing AI and ML technologies to help 3D content creators build, conform, manage, and distribute their 3D content. Dade is based in New Orleans, Louisiana.

Natalia was a curator of the Fashion Business course at Kyiv Fashion Institute, curator at the Creative Ukraine conference, organized by the Ministry of Culture in Ukraine, an expert at Google Woman Digital Academy, SXSW speaker.

Prior to joining Roblox, Richard held several senior-level positions at Kabam and Zynga, where he was responsible for driving growth in the Asia-Pacific region. He was also the general manager at Kabam’s publishing business, overseeing several successful mobile games.

Ikhwan Cho, Head of SKT Metaverse Development Group, worked in Samsung Electronic DMC R&D Center and Mobile Business Department as research engineer for AR/VR technology development.
He moved to SKT R&D Center as a AR/VR technology team lead, and developed T real Platform with core technologies. Based on it, he has been invited at Google I/O 2015 and 2017 as the first Korean company and introduced new AR/VR technologies powered by SKT.
He launched ‘SKB Live Fairy Tales’ for the first kids AR TV service and ‘oksusu Social VR’ for the first co-watching service in VR space.

Woosuk Kim successfully introduced LINE’s crypto asset LINK and blockchain platforms in 2018 as an early member of LINE’s blockchain business. Lee Seung Joon, NFT TF Lead manager at Shinsegae I&C, is a specialized DX consultant who has performed various NFT projects and consulting within the Shinsegae Group. Based on this experience, he has led the planning and development of the retail industry-specific NFT service, SpharosNFT, launched by Shinsegae I&C.
He started his career at GS Neotek in 2007 and oversaw domestic and international IT planning and operations. In 2018, he moved to Pulmuone to establish and execute DX promotion strategies.

Kodai Morishita is a game producer at GREE, Inc. Since 2022, he has been working as a producer for a brand-new blockchain game that is currently in development. He joined GREE in 2016 and led the development of several mobile games as a game producer.
