✅ SMW2025 will be held offline event, all prices are inclusive of VAT
✅ Ticket payment methods are available with a card through PayPal.
✅ One week before the event, we will send an entry QR code to your registered email address and phone number.
☑️ START-UP PASS: Only companies founded within the last 7 years are eligible.
Please check the application guide on the ticket page. Ineligible applications may be declined.
☑️ If you do not receive it, please contact us.
☑️ If you have purchased a STUDENT PASS , you must show your ID and student ID at the event registration desk on the day of the event.
📌 If you do not bring your ID and student ID on the day of the event, additional payment will be processed at the regular ticket price.

Refund Policy

📢 Full refund is available if canceled within 24 hours after payment.
✔️ Until June 20, 2025: Full refund available / Ticket transfer allowed
✔️ From June 21 to June 25, 2025: 10% cancellation fee will be deducted
✔️ From June 26, 2025(Event day): No refund will be issued
📌 All cancellations and refund requests must be completed within 7 days of your request submission.
